This is the intermediate level of inspection and documentation of highway, bridge and large civil construction projects to ensure that the contractor’s work performance and product delivery meet or exceed contract plans and specifications requirements.   • Review and post to G/L, all labor distribution journals, billing journals, and cash receipt journals.
  • Revenue and unbilled review and posting at month-end.
  • Responsible for purchasing process as it relates to Direct Charges.
  • Manage all contract administration and processing ensuring files and systems are up to date.
  • Write, manage and administer all subcontracts.
  • Supervise the Subcontracts Administrator.
