ARGO currently has a nationwide IDIQ contract with the VA providing enhanced construction services at various VA hospitals. Such services include cost estimates, construction schedule evaluations, change order management, risk analyses, and resource allocation for new facility construction and existing facility renovation, maintenance and repair, facility alteration, and final facility build-outs and fit-ups.
Replace Mechanical Systems Building B

This complex project consists of the entire replacement and renovation of mechanical system servicing Building B of the Atlanta VA Medical Center. The Scope of Work included the demolition and replacement of the supply and return ductwork in numerous administrative and clinical spaces of the two-floor low rise structure that surrounds the twelve (12) story bed tower. The spaces included the ER “Fast Track” area, pharmacy, and other clinical spaces. In addition to the replacement of all ductwork, the project also included the replacement and addition of VAV boxes, replacement of lighting fixtures, relocation of existing fire sprinklers to a new distribution grid, replacement of the existing system hot and cold decks, and the salvage or replacement of lay in ceilings. The project requirements were met while working exclusively over organized weekend work periods while accomplishing this work in eleven (11) separate and distinct functional phases. This site and facility remained operational throughout the Outpatient Clinic renovation.
