ARGO was a subcontractor to Parsons Management Consultants (PMC) to provide program management support services for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) Capital Development Program (CDP). The CDP was for new construction and renovations at Dulles International and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airports. ARGO provided support in the documentation and graphic areas for airport and environmental planning documentation. Airport planning documentation were prepared using applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations and guidance for Airport planning, and design and construction. ARGO provided support in the preparation of Planning Definition Documents (PDD) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents, wetlands and natural resource permits as well as preparation of CADD and GIS graphics products to support the Capital Construction Programs. ARGO has compiled several NEPA documents for several MWAA projects including the construction of a new fuel settling tank farm and expansion pipeline and the relocation of the north river rescue boathouse at Reagan Washington National Airport. ARGO has also created a GIS for MWAA that took an inventory of outfalls, aboveground and below-ground storage tanks and oil-water separators at both airports.

ARGO also provided construction management and inspection support on the various construction projects at Dulles and Reagan Airports. ARGO served as the COTR for management and inspection of general contractor activities, coordination with airport operations and tenants, scheduling status reports, Request for Information (RFI) management, determination of contractor payments, processing and negotiating change orders and claims, control of contract documentation including submittals and other correspondence, and quality control and quality assurance activities.
