The ARGO team is providing Construction Management Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs at the VAMC Manhattan Campus for five construction contracts throughout the Main Campus. ARGO staff is providing Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering support, as well as Scheduling support to the senior Resident Engineer on the project.
The project is to assist the Senior Resident Engineer in separate projects that support the Hospital Recovery and Renovations Projects in monitoring and inspection of construction for compliance with contract documents. ARGO staff is providing constructibility reviews, monitoring and inspecting, reporting, and coordination’s efforts required to support the project. ARGO’s scheduler is responsible for the individual construction projects, as well as keeping the overall master schedule for the Chief Resident Engineer at the Manhattan VA. ARGO is very aware of the VA scheduling requirements for construction projects.
Renovations of the 9th Floor of Building 1 include selective demolition, minor asbestos abatement, and the complete renovation and construction on the 9th floor, as well as minor demolition, construction and asbestos abatement on the 8th and 10th floors. Our engineers are supporting this project, as well as the First Floor Renovations, Seawall Construction, MRI Relocation, and Utility upgrade projects for the campus.
